I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room near the Toya Lake offered a great view for the fireworks, but I was disappointed by the lack of room freshener in a non-smoking room. The service was friendly and helpful with a fantastic shuttle service, but I encountered some rudeness during check-in. The location was convenient for enjoying the fireworks and exploring the area, but there were instances of indifference and aggressiveness from some staff. The dining experience didn't meet my expectations, although the fresh farm-to-table products were a highlight. The facilities were clean and well-maintained.
